Fees & Availability – Samantha Cooke Counselling, Ascot

Counselling is an important investment in your emotional wellbeing. I aim to make my fees clear and straightforward so you know exactly what to expect.

I offer weekly, 50-minute counselling sessions for £60.

Weekly sessions provide the steadiness and continuity that counselling needs. They help us build a strong therapeutic relationship and maintain momentum in the work we do together.

Session Fees

£60 per 50-minute session
Payment by bank transfer or Stripe
Payment is required at least 24 hours before your session

I will share full payment details when we arrange our first appointment.

Session Format

Sessions are available:

In person in Ascot, Berkshire
Online (UK-wide)
By telephone (UK-wide)

My therapy room in Ascot is within easy reach of Bracknell, Windsor, Crowthorne, Sandhurst, Maidenhead, Slough, Camberley, Reading, Earley and Woodley.

Online and telephone sessions offer flexibility if travelling is not practical or if you prefer support from home.

Weekly Attendance

Consistency is an important part of counselling.

Weekly sessions help:

strengthen the therapeutic relationship
support emotional continuity
build steady, meaningful progress

For this reason, I usually work on a weekly basis, rather than fortnightly or monthly.

As we approach the end of counselling, it can sometimes be helpful to gently space sessions out - for example, moving to fortnightly as part of a thoughtful and planned ending.

I offer sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Online or telephone sessions:
